C+ is for Caris, the owner, and Bakery, because they are known for baking a wide variety of custom vegan cakes available for order. Additionally, C+ Bakery is a cozy café serving the best cinnamon buns in Berlin.

In fact, you only need to walk a stone’s throw from the Schlesisches Tor U-Bahn station before you can sink your teeth into this delicious and light sourdough cake.

You can also choose other cakes to enjoy in the café. Some are gluten-free, and all are vegan. I come primarily for the cinnamon bun, which you can also buy as takeaway.

There is also the usual selection of coffee to accompany your cake. I tried a café latte. I’m not vegan myself, but here they can make a vegan latte that is creamy and delicious.

However, I prefer their ice-cold pink lemon juice.

C+ Bakery is also queer owned. Caris, originally from London, primarily speaks English. They occasionally work in the shop but are the creative force behind the delicious cakes and the warm atmosphere of the cozy bakery.
